14 Tips to Avoid Sagging Skin

Skin is the largest organ of the body and as you age, elasticity of the skin decreases. This results in loose and saggy skin particularly around the eyes, mouth, cheeks, and neck. With age, sagging skin is considered normal.   1. Drink Enough Water: De-hydrated skin becomes saggy and loose. Drinking adequate water is the best natural method for firming up skin. Try to drink at least 10 to 12 glasses of water daily.
